The most demanding exam task is the literary argument essay, where students must construct an independent thesis about a self-selected work and defend it with textual evidence. Our programme pairs weekly close-reading sessions with timed essay practice, individualised feedback against the AP rubric, and a curated list of 'go-to' works each student knows well enough to deploy on the literary argument prompt.
