Candidate Application Privacy Information

We use the information you give in this form — your name, contact details, city/country, the subjects you choose and your teaching experience, education history, professional status, language levels, certifications and examiner roles, expected fee, time zone and availability, LinkedIn and website addresses, your CV and any additional information — only to assess your tutor application and to contact you about it.

The data controller is TestPrep LLC., trading as TestPrep Europe. Only the authorised team members who review applications see your information.

Your CV is kept in private storage and cannot be opened by anyone until it has passed a malware scan on our own server. It is not sent to any external scanning service and is never attached to the notification e-mail sent to our team.

Your information is stored with our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Supabase), and the notification to our team is sent through Resend.

At this stage we do not ask for identity documents, bank or IBAN details, tax information or a home address. Those are requested only from accepted tutors, at the contract stage, with separate information.

You can ask us at any time to delete your application and CV. Your rights and how to contact us are set out in our Privacy Policy.
