The questions students ask most about GRE preparation.
Depending on your starting level, we typically recommend 3–6 months. Intensive programmes can shorten this.
Our tutors hold undergraduate or postgraduate degrees in their subject and have been teaching exam preparation since at least 2016. Selection combines a subject test, a trial lesson and student feedback.
All lessons run on the TestPrep Online Education Software we built specifically for tutoring. Lessons are live and interactive, and you can join from anywhere in the world.
Group courses and our higher-tier packages include mock exams. Additional mocks are available as add-ons for other plans.
We review your situation together — reassessing your study plan and tutor match, and providing extra support to help you reach your goal.
A cohort takes 24 students, taught in classes of at most 6 because the cohort is split by level. Lessons are live and online, and every lesson is recorded; each recording stays available for 14 days from the lesson date.
The money-back guarantee covers live lessons. If you are not satisfied after your first private lesson, we refund your payment in full. On a group course, the same applies to the lessons held in the first week. The question bank and practice tests are not part of it.
No. They are digital products that open the moment you buy them, so they are not refundable. The one exception is the EU right of withdrawal: within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have not started a test or opened the question bank.
Lessons cancelled less than 3 hours before the start count as taken and are not refunded. A lesson that has not been paid for 3 hours before it starts is cancelled automatically.
