Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 16, you confirm that a parent or guardian has registered on your behalf and accepted these Terms for you.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at info@testprepeurope.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts are personal — you may not share, lend or transfer them.

Your account is personal and can be used in one session at a time. A new sign-in on any of our websites, from any device, closes all your other sessions, including one open on another of our websites in the same browser. If you are signed out during a test, your answers are saved and you continue where you left off after signing in again. Sharing your login, or downloading our content in bulk with automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers), is not allowed and may lead to a warning, suspension or closure of the account.

A parent can register a student. When a parent books a group course, they give us the student's name and email address; we open the student's account at that address and send the student a link to set a password.

3. Purchases, pricing and refunds

Prices are shown on each product page in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe. What happens after you pay, and when you can get your money back, depends on what you buy.

Where the checkout offers it, a one-off payment can also be made by bank transfer. The amount is held for 3 business days (5 for an international transfer), and all transfer fees are paid by you. Your access opens once we have confirmed that your payment has reached us, and an order paid by bank transfer is refunded to the account the payment came from.

Every order on this site (private tutoring, group courses, private groups, practice tests and question banks) is placed under our Terms of Sale and Pre-contract Information, which hold the 14-day right of withdrawal, our refund guarantees and the lesson cancellation rules; you accept them at checkout before you pay.

Private tutoring

We do not offer free trial lessons. Payment is required before your first lesson.

• If you are not satisfied after your first lesson, we refund your payment in full.
• You can cancel a lesson package at any time. Lessons already given are charged at the single-lesson price and the rest is refunded. The first-lesson guarantee applies on top.
• Cancellations. A scheduled lesson can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 3 hours before its start time. A lesson cancelled less than 3 hours beforehand counts as delivered and is not refunded. If the lesson fee has not been paid at least 3 hours before the lesson, the lesson is cancelled automatically.

Group courses

We do not offer free trial lessons. Payment is required before your first lesson.

• If you are not satisfied after the lessons held in the first week, we refund your payment in full. After the first week, group course fees are not refunded. Each group is built around its enrolled students: the class size, the tutor and the timetable are set for them, and when one student leaves, the course changes for everyone else in the group. This does not affect your legal right to withdraw within 14 days of payment: if you withdraw in that period after lessons have started, the lessons already held are charged in proportion to the course and the rest is refunded.
• A group course opens when enough students have enrolled. If there are not enough enrolments, each student who has paid chooses between a full refund of the amount paid, a place in the next group to start, and one-to-one lessons of the same value.
• Question-bank access included with a course opens once its first week is over, and the included practice tests open on the day the last topic lesson is taught.

Private groups

We do not offer free trial lessons. Payment is required before your first lesson.

• When three or more students come together, we open a group just for them. Each student buys their own place online at the per-student price, and there is no start date to choose at checkout.
• Once you have paid, we set up the group and its timetable with you and let you know as soon as your group is ready.
• If you are not satisfied after the lessons held in the first week, we refund your payment in full. After the first week, group course fees are not refunded. Each group is built around its enrolled students: the class size, the tutor and the timetable are set for them, and when one student leaves, the course changes for everyone else in the group. This does not affect your legal right to withdraw within 14 days of payment: if you withdraw in that period after lessons have started, the lessons already held are charged in proportion to the course and the rest is refunded.
• For an exam that also has an open group course, a private group includes the same question-bank access and practice tests as that course. They open on your account in the same order, following your group's own timetable.

Packages with practice tests and a question bank

Where a tutoring package includes practice tests and question-bank access, as the SAT Ultimate Package does, they are unlocked on your account as soon as your payment goes through; anything not yet published unlocks on the day it is. If you later ask for a refund, the list prices, on the day you bought the package, of those you have used are deducted from the amount we return.

Practice tests

• Practice tests are digital content and unlock on your account as soon as your payment goes through. If some of the tests in your bundle are not published yet, each one unlocks on its own as it is published.
• You can take each practice test up to twice.
• Practice tests you buy stay available on your account for 12 months from the date of purchase. When they come with a tutoring package or a course, the 12 months start on the day they unlock.

Question banks

• A question bank is digital content, bought with a one-time payment (it is not a subscription). It unlocks as soon as your payment goes through and stays available for 4 months (8 months for the AP question bank).
• A question bank whose questions are not published yet unlocks on the day the sections you bought are published, and your access period starts that day.
• Before you buy, you can try a fixed set of sample questions for free.

Digital content and your right of withdrawal

Practice tests, question banks and TestPrep AI Tutor time are digital content. You can ask for a refund of a digital product you have not used within 14 days of the payment date. A product counts as used once any practice test in the pack has been started, any question in a paid section of the question bank has been opened, or any second of TestPrep AI Tutor time has been used; a used product is not refunded.

Paying in instalments

Instalments are available only for group courses, private groups and the AP and IMAT all-topics private packages. The IMAT group course and the IMAT private group cannot be paid in instalments and are paid in one go; the IMAT all-topics private package can be paid in 2 instalments. The first instalment is taken at checkout, and your card is saved with Stripe so the remaining instalments can be collected automatically each month. Instalment plans are paid by card only and cannot be paid by bank transfer.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape or attempt to extract our content or question banks in bulk.
• Share course materials, recorded sessions or practice questions with anyone outside your household.
• Submit TestPrep AI Tutor or practice-test answers on behalf of someone else for a real-world test.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to harass, threaten or impersonate others.
• Disrupt the service, attempt to bypass authentication, or probe for vulnerabilities without authorisation.

5. Intellectual property

All course materials, question banks, practice tests, video recordings, study guides, branding and software are owned by TestPrep Europe or our licensors and are protected by copyright and related rights. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them solely for your own exam preparation while your account is active.

Names of standardised tests (SAT, GMAT, GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, IB, AP, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. TestPrep Europe is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, any of these organisations unless explicitly stated.

6. TestPrep AI Tutor & user-generated content

TestPrep AI Tutor produces responses generated by third-party language models. Output is provided for educational guidance only — always double-check important factual claims against official exam materials. We may store transcripts of your sessions to improve the product and detect abuse, in line with the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (essays, free-form answers, questions to the tutor) but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and process it as needed to operate the service.

7. Disclaimers & no guarantee of outcomes

We work hard to help you reach your target score, but exam results depend on many factors outside our control (your effort, prior knowledge, test-day conditions). We do not guarantee that you will achieve any particular score, admission or visa outcome.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, except to the extent such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Termination

You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing info@testprepeurope.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, particularly the acceptable-use rules. Where possible, we will notify you first and give you a chance to remedy the issue.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We publish changes on this page, and the "Last updated" date changes with them.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the country where TestPrep Europe is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes will first be addressed informally — please contact us before filing any claim.

The service is provided by TestPrep LLC., trading as TestPrep Europe.
