How do I pay for PTE tutoring or courses?▾
All payments are handled securely online through Stripe with any major credit or debit card. You are charged once you confirm your package at checkout — there is no separate bank-transfer or cash step.
What currency are the prices in?▾
Prices are shown and charged in euros (EUR) — the amount you see is the amount you pay.
Is there a money-back guarantee on PTE lessons?▾
Yes. If you are not satisfied after your first private lesson, we refund your payment in full. On a group course, the same applies to the first week. The guarantee covers live lessons: practice tests and the question bank are not part of it.
Should I choose one-to-one tutoring or a group course?▾
One-to-one tutoring is ideal if you want a fully personalised plan and flexible scheduling. Group courses suit students who prefer a fixed timetable and peer motivation at a lower price point. We help you decide based on your level, target score and exam date.
What is included in a PTE package?▾
Tutoring packages include the number of live one-to-one online lessons you choose, with homework and lesson materials. Practice tests and question-bank access are not included in the 10- and 20-lesson packages; you can buy them separately, and your first practice test is free. The group course includes practice tests and question-bank access: the question bank opens once the first week is over, and the practice tests on the day of the last topic lesson.
Can I get a refund on practice tests or the question bank?▾
No. They are digital products that open the moment you buy them, so they are not refundable. The one exception is the EU right of withdrawal: within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have not started a test or opened the question bank.
What happens if I cancel a lesson at short notice?▾
Lessons cancelled less than 3 hours before the start count as taken and are not refunded. A lesson that has not been paid for 3 hours before it starts is cancelled automatically.
Can I pay for PTE in instalments?▾
Yes: you can pay for the PTE group course in 2 instalments. The first instalment is taken when you enrol and the rest a month apart.
How big are the PTE group classes, and are lessons recorded?▾
A cohort takes 24 students, taught in classes of at most 6 because the cohort is split by level. Lessons are live and online, and every lesson is recorded; each recording stays available for 14 days from the lesson date.
When does the next PTE group start?▾
Groups open for enrolment start on 5 October 2026 (enrol by 2 October 2026), 4 January 2027 (enrol by 1 January 2027) and 1 March 2027 (enrol by 26 February 2027). You can pick one on this page and enrol straight away.
