Who is the January 2028 IELTS group for?
- School year
- Lessons run from 3 January 2028 to 11 April 2028, on weekday evenings. That runs from winter into spring.
- Applications
- The course ends in early summer. For a programme starting in the autumn, check the language deadline in your offer or on the programme's page; a summer test date usually leaves enough time. Each institution sets its own minimum band and decides which IELTS formats (such as IELTS Online) it accepts.
- Planning
- After 25 topic lessons come 5 full mock exams between 12 March 2028 and 9 April 2028. Writing and Speaking carry on as weekly homework, so it pays to finish the mock weeks before you sit the real test.
Each institution decides which tests and which scores it accepts; check the page of each one you apply to.

Frequently Asked Questions
When can I sit IELTS after the course?▾
The last mock review is on Tuesday 11 April 2028. IELTS has no single national test day, so you pick a later date and place from the test centres' calendars. The first Saturday after the course is 15 April 2028; ask your centre whether it has places that weekend.
When will my IELTS results arrive, and can I retake one skill?▾
IELTS says results come 1–5 days after a computer test, within 13 days on paper and 6–8 days after IELTS Online. After a computer test at a centre that offers it, IELTS One Skill Retake lets you retake one skill once within 60 days: test on Saturday 15 April 2028 and the last day for it is 14 June 2028.
How many mock exams does this group have, and when?▾
This group has 5 full IELTS mock exams: the first on Sunday 12 March 2028, the last on Sunday 9 April 2028. Each starts at 10:00 on a Sunday and is reviewed in the live lesson the following Tuesday, 19:00–20:30.
Are there days or weeks without lessons in this group?▾
Yes: there are no lessons in the week of 28 February 2028. So the 14-week programme runs across 15 calendar weeks. It is still 30 live lessons.
When does the January 2028 IELTS class start?▾
It starts on 3 January 2028 and ends on 11 April 2028: 14 weeks. There are no lessons in some weeks, so this class runs across 15 calendar weeks. The enrolment deadline is 31 December 2027.
When and how are the lessons taught?▾
Lessons are taught live online on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The course has 45 hours of live teaching in all (Türkiye time). Every lesson is recorded, and you can watch the recording for 14 days.
How big are the groups?▾
A group course takes 24 students, taught in classes of at most 6 because the group is split by level. With so few students in a class, everyone gets to ask questions and have their work looked at.
How much is the IELTS group course?▾
The January 2028 class costs €806 as a single payment, or 2 monthly instalments of €426. Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. Eligible one-off payments also offer bank transfer; enrolment completes after our team confirms receipt. Instalments are paid by card only.
Can I get my money back if the course isn't for me?▾
Yes. If you're not happy after the first week, we refund 100% of the fee. After the first week, group course fees are not refunded. That's why the question bank and practice tests included with the course only open once the first week is over. We do not offer free trial lessons. Payment is required before your first lesson.
What happens if the group doesn't open?▾
A group opens when enough students have enrolled. If there are not enough enrolments, you choose what happens to your payment: a full refund, a place in the next group to start, or one-to-one lessons of the same value.
What if I miss a lesson?▾
Every live lesson is recorded. Watch the one you missed from your dashboard within 14 days of the lesson, and you'll keep pace with the group.
