You can pay securely by credit or debit card through Stripe. Eligible one-off purchases also offer bank transfer at checkout; the order completes after our team confirms receipt. Instalment plans are paid by card only.

Yes. If you are not satisfied after your first private lesson, we refund your payment in full. We do not offer free trial lessons. Payment is required before your first lesson. On a group course, the same applies to the first week. After the first week, group course fees are not refunded. The guarantee covers live lessons: practice tests and the question bank are not part of it.

A group opens when enough students have enrolled. If there are not enough enrolments, you choose what happens to your payment: a full refund, a place in the next group to start, or one-to-one lessons of the same value.

One-to-one tutoring is ideal if you want a fully personalised plan and flexible scheduling. Group courses suit students who prefer a fixed timetable and peer motivation at a lower price point. We help you decide based on your level, target score and exam date.

Tutoring packages include the number of live one-to-one online lessons you choose, with homework and lesson materials. The ‘Ultimate Package’ also includes practice tests and question-bank access. They unlock on your account the moment you pay, and if you ask for a refund, the list prices, on the day you bought the package, of those you have used are deducted from what we return. Practice tests and question-bank access are not included in the 10- and 20-lesson packages; you can buy them separately, and your first practice test is free. The group course includes 20 practice tests and question-bank access: the question bank opens once the first week is over, and the practice tests on the day of the last topic lesson.

Practice tests, question banks and TestPrep AI Tutor time are digital content. You can ask for a refund of a digital product you have not used within 14 days of the payment date. A product counts as used once any practice test in the pack has been started, any question in a paid section of the question bank has been opened, or any second of TestPrep AI Tutor time has been used; a used product is not refunded.

You can cancel a lesson package at any time. Lessons already given are charged at the single-lesson price and the rest is refunded. The first-lesson guarantee applies on top.

Lessons cancelled less than 3 hours before the start count as taken and are not refunded. A lesson that has not been paid for 3 hours before it starts is cancelled automatically.

Yes: you can pay for the ACT group course in 2 instalments. The first instalment is taken when you enrol and the rest a month apart.

A group course takes 24 students, taught in classes of at most 6 because the group is split by level. Lessons are live and online, and every lesson is recorded; each recording stays available for 14 days from the lesson date.

Groups open for enrolment start on 30 November 2026 (enrol by 27 November 2026), 1 February 2027 (enrol by 29 January 2027) and 1 March 2027 (enrol by 26 February 2027). You can pick one on this page and enrol straight away.
